from non-excitable cells
- 1.1. Literature survey (past
experiments, data analysis and previous theoretical models).
- 1.2. Design and implementation
of computing algorithms; Numerical simulations for testing;
Optimizations.

simulations for a larger number of calcium-release events; Finding
relevant calcium signal properties for different fluorescence
indicators; Comparison with existing experimental data. Measurements to
